As part of my role at IT Ops Excellence Consulting LLC, I worked with several major clients, including Hawaiian Airlines, Microsoft, and major airports, to optimize their Project Management Offices (PMOs). The goal was to improve collaboration, enhance project delivery efficiency, and streamline communication between IT and Operations teams.
